What Is A Maxi Climber ?

There has been a lot of talk about this piece of equipment but you still hear people ask, What Is A Maxi Climber ? Any good equipment will combine different type of exercises into one fluid movement. The Maxi Climber imitates the action of rock climbing which if you have ever tooken part in this type of activity you will know that its one heck of a workout.

It claims to combine strength training , cardio , and muscle building to give you the workout you desire just by doing it 3 times a week for 10 minutes a day only. I’ll be first to tell you that you will work out your upper body , lower, and specially your core.

These type of equipments are the ones that are  very home friendly for the simple reason that it doesnt require a lot of space. This has to be one of my favourite cardio machines to use because of the complete workout you do.
